  • Absolutely not! While I’m passionate about prepping moms-to-be for maternity leave, the truth is that we all need to take a step back from our businesses from time-to-time.

    The PUSH Method and my sustainable approach to marketing can benefit any small business owner. All are welcome here!

  • As early as possible! Your first trimester is a great time to have your Cozy Audit, then move into the Nourishing Build during your second trimester, and if you choose to book the Legacy Retainer, starting that around the end of the second trimester/beginning of the third will carry you through to ~9 months postpartum.

    These offers do have limited availability each month, so please inquire to learn more about when we can get started.

  • I have experience in a wide range of platforms and do my best to adopt to your existing systems. That being said, I have some favorites I always recommend (bolded):
